This Personal Information Protection Policy explains how DAISEI EVERY24 (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (the “Company”) processes Personal Information of customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).”

(2) In case you could not provide the Company certain information when requested, the Company may not be able to provide you our full support with respect to the services to you or the Company may not be able to comply with the law nor perform the contract that the Company has entered into with you.

(a) Personal Information related to business activities (Name, ID Number, Gender, Date of Birth, Address, Telephone Number, E-mail Address, Company Name, Bank Account information, and other information that can identify an individual)
(b) Personal Information collected for the operation and security of the Company. (Includes collecting, storing, and using, a minimum amount of telephone call recordings, web access records, emails, and information related to various types of inquiries if necessary.).
Personal Information collected will be kept by the Company for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract or as required by specific laws.
The Company will take necessary and adequate safeguards in accordance with the security measure standards established by the Personal Information Protection Committee of Thailand to protect Personal Information.
